Im actually taking a child's multi-vitamin it's a chewable and the band is "Vitamin Code Kids" and I have been very very pleased with how I have been feeling. I have been sleeping better and I don't feel so hungry during the day. Maybe it's in my head but I feel much better. i must have needed something in it. BTW, the reason I'm taking a kids pill is because I get sick from the adult form.
maybe magnesium might help with soreness but that sounds like you are expecting a lot from a mulit vitamin

Soreness after workouts is generally caused by microscopic tears in the muscle fibers. It's called DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and realistically, there's not much you can do to prevent it, other than than maybe dialing back the workouts a lot if this is a consistent problem. Your body will eventually adapt, and it won't hurt so much, but if it continues, you may be overtraining.
