HI there - I now have a 2 year old and 4 month old twins. After my first pregnancy I lost all of the weight and then some - I was so happy. But back then with only one child I was able and motivated to workout 4 plus times a week. Now I hardly workout (time and motivation and culprits) and have to rely on eating a pretty low-cal diet to reap benefits of losing weight. I lost the first 30 lbs in the first 4 months and now of course it is slowing down. I am accepting it is going to take more time but what I really need is consistent motivation. Because I got rid of all my bigger clothes I only have a few outfits I can wear and then ALL of my wardrobe once I lose 15 more lbs.. The hard part for me is sticking to my diet and working out. I probably workout 1-2x a week. Anyone else have these challenges and if so how do you power through? Thanks for reading.
