Thanks for the info. Cream sherry is the same as sweet. 100ml is about 3 ounces, I think, so the stuff wasn't as high in calories as I had thought. Thanks again for the research. Sandra

Here is some info I found on sherry. I could only find information on sweet sherry. I couldn't find any nutritional information on cream sherry. Hopefully sweet sherry and cream sherry are similar enough so that the following gives you a decent estimate.

Sherry, Sweet:
Nutritional information
per 100ml of sherry
Calories 136.0
Carbohydrate 6.9g
Protein 0.3g
Fat 0.0g
Fibre 0.0g
Alcohol 15.6g

Welcome to the message boards Quilter! I must say that I'm a big fan of the Minneapolis area, it is an extremely fun place for me to vist. I don't have the answer to your calorie question at the moment, but hopefully I will by the end of the night.

I have been at this for a month now, and have lost some pounds, and I am getting better at some things--or should I say they are getting easier for me. I want to set my goals so that I make changes slowly but surely. It was hard to start drinking the water, but now I can drink 4 glasses a day with no trouble, and soon will set my goals for 5.

I have a calorie question. Can anyone tell me how many calories in cream sherry, which I drink about once a week, maybe 3 ounces?
