Welcome! I used to teach, and I really gained a lot of weight. It can be a high stress, low activity job. Good luck on getting back into shape. There are a lot of great people and wonderful resources here to help you.

Hi Everybody!

I am a brand new member, and really excited to be here. I've been reading through the posts and can see that so many of you are working toward your goals.Congratulations! I'm glad to be joining such motivated people!

I'm a teacher in Boston, married for 2 years, and have gained 25 lbs in those 2 years. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I'm looking forward to reclaiming my athletic lifestyle and lighter self. I can feel the extra weight when I am exercising. Phew!
