Hi All, My name is Don LaCoy. I live in North Western Massachusetts. I am 53 years old and I have been diagnosed with High Cholesterol (i.e. 238). I am 5' 11" and weigh between 170 - 175 on any given day. I am using the site to manage what I eat, and to motivate me to keep up with my exercising. I have started using a Nutribullet faithfully everyday, twice a day, to get fruits and veggies into me. That has helped a lot with how I feel. Now, I just need to keep going in the right direction with other "non processed" foods and exercise, so I can reach my cholesterol goal of 200. I am going to do my best to visit this site everyday, so any pointers for motivation or how to reach my goals, will be appreciated. Looking forward to striking up new online friendships.
