A story that is unfortunately too familiar.
Keep up the positive attitude.

That's the approach to have my friend.

I am a firm believer that when one door closes, another opens. With your positivity you will succeed.

Good on ya for the positive attitude.

It hurts, I know. I've been in your shoes. But, in my case at least, it always turned for the better. It also gave me time to reflect on just what is really important in life, the health and well being of my family.

Good luck to ya.

I turned 50 this year.

I've been working since I was 12 years old.

Last Friday, I was part of a reduction in workforce from the place I have worked for the last 16 years.

Sucks to be a line item.

So, I can take this time and devote my energies to self pity, rage at my previous employer, or something constructive.

I think I'll choose something constructive.

Matt
