I had my 1st salad at work today and I am hooked on the chargrilled and fruit salad. Wow I think this will work for me. Thanks guys for the encouragement. P.

Yes I think I found the salad I am going to start eating at work. It has the fruit in it also and it works well with the balsmic vinagerette dressing. I will be starting it on Mon and go through to fri. Thank you for the your comments.

Dear PDavis: I have never met anyone on this website that was successful at losing weight and keeping it off that refused to drink their water. Some do and some dont partake in the Diet Soda but all that have lost a significant amount of weight will tell you, you have got to drink your 8 cups of water a day! I think you can reach your goal weight with Chic Fil A, they have good salads there and as good as it is, leave the fried food alone. You can do it!!!!!!

Salads there, right? And grilled/broiled chicken. Gotta be some healthy choices.

Since you work there and have the nutritional information, choose foods you LIKE that fit into YOUR calorie range.

Avoid fried items, choose lo-cal dressings, and skip most sauces, like you should no matter WHERE you eat.

I just started working at Chick-fil-A and I eat there once a day. They have a nutrition menu that I am really excited about. If anyone knows anything about it can you let me know what the best meal for helping lose weight would be. I don't get any desserts, but I do get the diet drinks because talking to people for 8 hours makes me thirsty and I am not to big on just plain water. Please let me know. Thank You
