Hi everyone! I'm new here, and ready to go. I guess you can say "I'm tired of being tired!" I'm an introvert and used to doing things on my own, but that is not working for me, so I'm here now emoticon My first goal is to lose 40 pounds. After I lose the 40 pounds, I will create a new goal to accomplish. I want to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle.
