Thanks for the forum...
I have a jillion questions but I'll start with one...
How do you measure the results of doing things that involve exercise...specifically I decided to wash my two cars instead of golfing...
Before you laugh..in the lousy shape I am in, this was sweaty heart pounding stuff...
At any rate I used slow walking, is that about fair?
