Hey, I'm new too. I think I am going to join the 10 minute a day challenge. Not sure if you drink sodas, but cutting sodas out helped me alot. I was drinking diet cokes constantly and I began feeling miserable and tired, so I gave them up. Now, I drink water and occasionally I will have a dt. coke or mt. dew, but water is my friend. Another tip and I find myself working on this, is to not think about working out, just do it. If I think about working out, I will talk myself out of it every time. Best of luck to you.
