Fast Break goals. Set them! I'm a huge believer in them. For me, getting through those first few weeks with some successes and achievements realized was important. Being able to see that if I set out to do something, actually do it, and then FEEL (and sometimes SEE on the scale) results, was something that made the endgoal of changing the way I function and permanently losing weight and being healthier possible.

Never give up! NEVER! I started MANY times before I found success. I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

I especially like to join local teams and talk with people in my area who are also on line. I like the food and exercise trackers and I really like the threads.
