I just recently picked up the 10 minute solutions videos for "Rapid Results Pilates", "Beginner Pilates," and "Dance Party Blast." The dance party cardio one is tough and hard to keep up with but really fun and the pilates are a nice break from my regular routine from Aussie Fit. I have to say though, they leave me NO excuse not to work out. Who doesn't have 10 minutes?
Plus they're programmable, so if I want to do a few workouts in a row I can set it up to play up to 3 in a row, in the order I choose.
