Forget diet pills! Eat all the plain cooked green beans you want. You'll be full, satiated, and get loads of fiber.

OMG! Another new pill claiming weight loss! SlimQuick, Acai berry, Hydroxycut, and zillions others. yes some may contain a small amount of a enzyme that can cause weight loss, but then again again if they really worked there woulld be very few overweight people..just another way to get your money...I know, I nearly at some point at my heaviest tried most of them..I lost 100lbs without using diet pills and Gasp, Even use sugar instead of a substitute!

Try searching "green coffee bean" in the search. It was only posted about 2 days ago and Spark's dietitian Becky Hand offered a link to more information.

Basically, there IS preliminary research that this extract may help, but it's not proven yet.

Do a search on here for Green Coffee Bean...many have posted recently and I don't think there is much more to say then what has already been said. LOL!
Good luck on whatever you decide.

I've been hearing great things on the new diet pill made from a green coffee bean. I am wondering if anyone on here has tried it, and had any success? I ask because I have been extremely good about what I am eating, my serving sizes and working out and I can seem to loose the saggy belly I've had since I had my son. Any suggestions friends?
