I haven't been doing to well on this weight loss challenge but I have new determination...again. I have set attainable goals to work towards each day and have already achieved them for today except for steps. My goal is 5000 steps a day to start and will increase as I get back into it. I have 2500 steps so far. I danced for 12 minutes very fast, atttemped the 10 minute cardio jump start. Only did 5 minutes but will keep trying. I used the weights, did leg exercises and will dance more through the day. Also tracking my food so here I go, again!
