I hate ads on my page. Period. So I block them.

Thanks for that explanation because I almost didn't answer those questions because I was concerned about receiving advertising overload. There is already too much commercialisation on this site in my view. Yeah, I get it pays the bills but still it can be a bit much some days!
Agreed with not receiving ads for products I have purchased previously its overkill~

I actually don't mind targeted advertising, as long as it's not for a product I've already bought! I love it when Facebook sends me knitting-related ads I've never seen. But on some sites I see the same ads for the same product I've just bought or reviewed. That's annoying.

I gotta say, targeted advertising gives me the creeps. When google puts up ads for things that I may have mentioned in an e-mail, I feel spied on.

The creepiest is getting coupons at the grocery check-out for feminine products every 28 days.

I was about to fill in the survey and get my 250 sparkpoints, but the questions made me wonder if the answers were going to be used to target advertising at me. There was no disclaimer on the description saying anything about advertising.
