In Roger Gould, M.D.'s book "Shrink Yourself" he says that until we learn to deal with stress we will continue to regain the weight. His book is well worth reading.

emoticon ....Hey!!! In whatever we may participate in, there is a chance of falling off the wagon but that does not matter if you pick yourself back up with determination and integrity!!!! Never stop believing because we can change anything, it start with......YES, I CAN ATTITUDE!!!!

Hello Everyone-

I opened this account in Dec 2008- since then my weight dropped to 135- and has returned to 160... The weight drop had nothing to do with effort or work, it was simply stress related.

I have been thinking hard about not only losing the weight, but also firming up my body. I want to become a very healthy person. I will make little steps in my everyday that will help me to achieve my big goals. Rejoining Sparkpeople is one of them!
