i nhave found that counting calories can be not as accurate as we sometimes forget the little oil we stirffried in or the little cheese topping - log everything, be real with your counting and it does make you sit in amazement at how much we actually take in - it really mounts up esp if you weigh out the milk for the coffee or the drinks we have in glasses we dont know are 250ml or more - so be consistent be real and you will be the best winner in the office :)

Hi I am excited about losing weight. This is the heaviest I have been in my life. I am happy that my co-worker told me about this web site. It has already made a differnce in my life. I have never really counted calories before but now that I am, I am aware of the things that I eat and drink. I need to lose 70 pounds to reach my goal so I am working hard to reach that goal by the end of the year. Thank you SparkPeople
