Hi and welcome to Sp! Congrats on the loss so far...your doing great!

I suggest you become part of a team with like interests and/or goals...its a great way to get and give motivation and encouragment...

Here are a couple to get you started but feel free to search for your own...go to the top of the page, on the right side is a bar that says community, put your cursor over that then in the drop down box, click sparkteams. Then you can search what you like.

Hi, I'm a mother of two young boys, and I'm ready to take the steps to be healthy and lose weight. I love running, and make it out for an hour about 3 times a week right now. I have been eating healthier, and I really started a couple months ago, just not with SparkPeople. I have lost a total of 20 pounds already, and aim at losing more!
