You can do this. Being tired is a side effect of the poor food choices you've made in the past. You can change that, you just have to try. Don't give up on it just because it's hard. That'll make you feel worse. Keep going. If you complete a goal, you'll feel like you're on top of the world and want more! That's why you keep going-to get that "high"! lol. And I can understand getting lost in the forums. I tend to feel that way too.

Hello, I'm a 34 year-old mother of a 17 month-old little girl... I want to do this for her, but after a few weeks really into it, got a bad week and just let it all go. :( I'm tired to be tired all the time! I'm looking forward to meet people, but get lost in the forums with (too) many members...
