Hey Jill! I've dealt with anorexia at one point and the past few years with emotional eating. Let me tell you, exercising/eating healthy will do wonders for mental health. I used to have to take lots of medications with horrid side effects to keep me level headed. Since I started, I no longer need pills and feel better than ever before. I'm here if you ever need help or someone to talk to. Remember, we're all in this together! You can do anything you set your mind to. Good luck!

Hi all!! I am new (again) to Sparkpeople. I have not been on here for a while, but this is the time I am going to recover and get healthy! I am 35, in college and working, have a great family, boyfriend, 2 (kind of) stepsons, a dog and a cat. I am trying to enjoy this journey of getting healthier and ridding myself of a dangerous eating disorder. Please feel free to share any words of wisdom or your own stories. Thanks!!!!!
