Hi everyone, I am 38 and a mum of five I am beginning my journey to lose weight, I stopped smoking 15 months ago and the weight just seemed to creep up on me. I go to the gym 4 times a week but don't seem to be losing anything so have realized I need to eat less ha ha emoticon
