Isn't the Nutrition Tracker the bomb!? I can safely say that I NEVER in my entire life ate the right proportions of carbs, fats, and proteins until now. Once I got the knack of it, I have stayed within those ranges probably 95% of the time. It's like a game to me. I tweak it until everything fits, and voila (vwäˈlä), I lose weight, look great, feel mahhhvelous!
Eliminate "I will try". Replace with "I will". You are now ready to succeed. Let's go.

You will figure it out. It is realizing that you are out of range and making adjustments to your eating that will help. Healthy eating does not happen overnight it takes time and understanding. Best wishes as your journey to better health continues

I was within my ranges for calories, carbs and protein! After starting off with days of going over on most of them and just being in range on 1 I have finally accomplished this. Now to work on that fat.
