Congratulations in your 4 lbs lost! Well said, no matter how much or how little the attitude is what counts....keep doing the right thing and look at the POSITIVE effect, even if the step goes backwards, as Coach Nicole says thing "one step back and two step forward" will get you to where you want to be.

Only yesterday I was singing the blues (which I obviously had no right to because it was only day 4) because I had only lost 0.2lbs. I wasn't depressed but I was a little sad all day. But today is a new day. I stuck to my program and today I saw a 4lb. loss. Woo Hoo!! I know patience is the name of the game and that every step forward no matter now small is positive. But even when we take a small step backward or don't see the success we were hoping for we still have to look at all the right things we are doing and keep moving positively toward our goals
