You sound pretty confident about your progress so far, so go ahead -- push the button! You can always look back if you need to.

Keep a sense of humor. Remember, laughing burns calories too!

Laugh until it hurts! It's one of the few things in life that's still free!!

Any effort is better than no effort!

I am starting to feel really good about the success I am having as of late on SP. Now I am SO nervous to switch to Stage 2 (for the second time). Should I wait till my nerves calm down or dive in?

I haven't seen any real success where the scale is concerned, but I am proud of my latest streak. I HAVE WALKED FOR 6 STRAIGHT DAYS!!! emoticon And that's what I am really trying to focus on... that and how my clothes (and wedding ring) are fitting. I know if I keep up my good habits, those excess pounds will shrivel up and DIE!

I guess what I am nervous about is tracking my food, but I think I might be able to do it. The good, the bad and the ugly... right?

Here we go... I am diving in!! Anyone want to join me?

Goal #1: Lose 24 lbs.
Anticipated reward: New workout clothes!!
Goal #2:

Goal #5:

Desired healthy weight range: 155-159
