I am starting to feel really good about the success I am having as of late on SP. Now I am SO nervous to switch to Stage 2 (for the second time). Should I wait till my nerves calm down or dive in?
I haven't seen any real success where the scale is concerned, but I am proud of my latest streak. I HAVE WALKED FOR 6 STRAIGHT DAYS!!! And that's what I am really trying to focus on... that and how my clothes (and wedding ring) are fitting. I know if I keep up my good habits, those excess pounds will shrivel up and DIE!
I guess what I am nervous about is tracking my food, but I think I might be able to do it. The good, the bad and the ugly... right?
Here we go... I am diving in!! Anyone want to join me?
