Welcome back, A lot of progress is in the mind and as has been said weight coming off is not everything. You can loss inches and no weight.

don't worry about it. Some times you are going to lose and even if it is 1 pound that is great. I believe in slow loss. If I do too much I usually gain on the next day

Hi I am fairly new to Sparkpeople. I joined a couple years ago but I did not really do the program. I have re-joined at the beginning of this year. I have started exercising and even joined a challenge. I worked out everyday this week since Sunday. However, I am afraid that my weight has not moved. I will see tomorrow. emoticon
