It is so important for us to be able to visualize our goals. And negative self talk {you can't exercise,this time isn't going to work either, ect...} keeps you from seeing all that you can be. Many times my head knows what I should be doing but the ice cream just keeps getting shoved in my mouth like a mindless zombie so, my affirmation for tomorrow will be " I only eat foods that are good for me. And I am driven to exercise.
Any other suggestions for a newbie to the program like me? I sure would appreciate all the help I can get...
