Hi SUNRISE14 - I am wondering if you belong to a large, active team. Often they have a "Daily Chat" thread where a few post regularly. I know that a Team I co-Moderate "Dealing with Depression" does. Those who participate in the thread very soon get the feeling that they belong to a family - and it is a family - the SP family :-) Some of them really ARE alone - either physically or emotionally, and many have other chronic health issues to contend with as well. The beauty of the really big teams, too, is that because SP is international, there is usually someone around so if you want to chat, a response isn't too far away.
I wish you well if finding what you are looking for. Kris xx

Well, hi! I don't have a lot of health issues but I do spend most of my time alone by choice. I'm 58, and live in (on?) stables with my boyfriend/husband. Same guy. All of the neighbors just come in to feed their horses, chickens, whatever and then go off to their lives. I'd like a friend!
I spend alot of time alone and have health issues that i can't get out and was wondering if anyone out there is in the same position and would like to have a daily friend to share recipes and other things with . I am 61 female happily married and want to corrispond with another female only for a friend. If your interested let me know. I have lots of hours that i have to fill everyday and would love to have a friend or two !
