I say if you're not hungry don't eat.
Your body will tell you when it needs food.

Nothing says you have to do all your points every day, especially if you are not feeling well. If you have diarrhea, you need to make sure you are well hydrated, drink more fluids and get rest.

I do hope you are feeling better this morning.

Am on weight watchers and am down 1.6 from goal as of yesterday. Have a delimma though. I have 17 points "after" dinner and have diarrhea. Ideas??. I ate roast beef at dinner yesterday and garlic chicken tonite. I am not hungry as of now.
