Nothing says you have to do all your points every day, especially if you are not feeling well. If you have diarrhea, you need to make sure you are well hydrated, drink more fluids and get rest.

Am on weight watchers and am down 1.6 from goal as of yesterday. Have a delimma though. I have 17 points "after" dinner and have diarrhea. Ideas??. I ate roast beef at dinner yesterday and garlic chicken tonite. I am not hungry as of now.
