My best advice for starting on this site is to to track food, exercise, etc as much as you can (and weigh/ measure things if you're new to tracking food:). Good luck to you!

Hello everyone I'm new to Spark People. Ok I'm a 41yr old mother of three and grandmother of three who has been struggling with my weight for about 16yrs, after the birth of my youngest. I've come to the realization that my life have change not all for the better. I wont to be here for my children who lost there dad recently.
