Hi. I have been on & off of SP for the past few years & I can never dedicate myself to the program. I am waaayyyy over weight due to binge eating & fighting depression due to an unwanted divorce :-( I have a beautiful 4 year old daughter that I want to be a good influence for. I don't want her to learn my bad health & low self-esteem habits. I am hoping to start off on the right foot beginning tomorrow, October 1st! Can Some of you PLEASE give me a daily boost or kick in the butt to keep me on track? I don't have a reliable support system here. I'm hoping to lose 60lbs by July 1st & get back into running. Thank you for listening :-) wish me luck...I'm going to need it.
