First, eating only 1200 calories and exercising that much is only going to work against your efforts, as that puts your body into starvation mode and causes your body to store more fat and lose muscle (opposite of what you want to do). Unfortunately, your weight goal within that time frame is not realistic, safe, or healthy. A healthy rate of weight loss for teens is no more than 1 pound per week. It would be best for you to follow your nutrition ranges that SparkTeens has given you on your Nutrition Tracker page to make sure you are getting the necessary calories and nutrients for your body's basic needs, especially since you are rapidly growing and developing, your body has a much higher need for that compared to an adult. Doing that in combination with cardio 3-5 days a week (20-60 minutes each of those days) and strength training 1-2 days a week will help you reach your goal. While you may not be able reach that goal by July, you can still make a lot of progress towards it.
Please take some time to review the 3 teen guides listed on your start page for more specifics of your nutrition and fitness needs as a teen.

I'm 13, 5'4 and 170 pounds. I've been trying to lose weight for quite a while now, but just recently started tracking on Spark Teens. In the summer I swim competitively 1 and a half hours a day 5 days a week, and in the winter I swim 2 hours a day 3-4 days a week. Right now it's off-season until end of May. I feel sooo overweight in a swim suit, and I've tried everything from only eating 1,200 calories a day to exercising 3 times a day everyday, but nothing is working!!! I'm still fat. I want to get down to at least 150 pounds by July, when I go on a trip to Europe. Anybody have something that worked for them? Thanks :)
