I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

Don't let your job get the best of you. You deserve to stay healthy! Tame that weight gain before it gets out of control (like has happened to me emoticon ).

Hello everyone,

Today is my first day on this site. I have never been over 125 lbs. I have always been extremely athletic and made wise choices about my diet. Ever since I started working in the corporate world, I have found myself gaining weight pretty rapidly..... I am fluctuating between 140 and 145. I feel horrible about myself and I have been unmotivated to make a change. That is until I found this site. I would really love the support of all of you to help me motivate and get back to the healthy lifestyle that I have been ignoring.
