I absolutely love reading, I would rather read than do almost anything else. Having to put my book down to cook or things like that is a real hardship for me.
Lately I have been listening to audio books that I got for free from the library. I walk 3 miles every day and listening to a book really makes the time go by fast. I have just started listening while running, and while it will take some adjustment to pace myself without the rhythm of music to help, I think I will like it more too. Being able to "read" while I exercise has made it much more enjoyable, and I no longer have to choose between sedentary reading and exercise.
