Hello and Welcome Back to SparkPeople!

I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!
* Diet is a dirty word. Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate!

Welcome to sparks so glad you found us

Take a few minutes to make up a sparkpage making it public and allowing members to post messages on it

Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined = lots of encouragement there

Hi everyone! I know the key to my success is support, so I am going "all in" this time. I am new to this posting and friends thing, but I have started a blog on my page that I hope lots of people will join so I can stay motivated and get the "kick in the butt" I need to keep going.
