I'm making steak tips, roasted butternut squash with rosemary, and other frozen vegetables.

Like others have said, it's hard to make suggestions without knowing what y'all's favorites are. My DH loves a slab of red meat (which we don't eat as often any more). So I'm making filet (got it on sale), potatoes, and a couple low-starch vegetables for me to load up on. For dessert I bought strawberries (on sale) and I'll dip some in chocolate.

I am roasting a whole chicken for Saturday since we both work tomorrow night. I am going to make seasoned red potatoes and veggies with it.
Also, you can never go wrong with steak, a baked potato and steamed veggies :)

I think we could help more if we had an idea of what your "favorites" are - there are a lot of "healthy" versions of many standard recipes here on SP, so my vote would be to look up recipes for new versions of what you like and cook them together.

I'm looking for suggestions of what to make for dinner for my husband tomorrow night. So many of our favorites are too high in calories.
