Don't... Wait to get motivated first, then you act,
You got to Act First, then you will get motivated!
Act along with the motivation in your mind
(Act for your Dream, for your family,
for the people that you love,
for the things that you want,
the places that you really want to travel and for your Brighter Future)

Act and FIght the obstacles with the motivation stays in your mind.....

also, if you haven't checked into it - consider the Spark Solution pre-order. You get 3 months free use of Spark Coach with the purchase (also workout DVDs and extra Spark Points)

Spark Coach is great for getting you back on track and putting your focus back on those things you KNOW will work

I agree with KJ (shocking, I know emoticon )

don't try to make too many changes or make drastic changes. Several years ago, Reader's Digest had a Change One program. You make one small change, stick with it every day for 10 days or so, then add another change. You are slowly developing new habits.

since weight loss is more about what you eat than exercise, start with getting your nutrition under control. If you already enjoy exercise, don't stop! But if you need to work on BOTH, start with nutrition.

some good starts:
don't drink your calories
measure everything you eat
use the nutrition tracker
get 4-6 servings of fruits & veggies every day
chose baked or grilled over fried
make more of your own meals
eat for QUALITY

again, just tackle one thing at a time.

Forgive yourself for your mistakes. Regroup & press the emotional reset button. Do the right thing by yourself. emoticon

depending on how long you've been maintaining your body could be ready for another drop, maybe 5 kilos since your initial drop was drastic.

Start with a habit, each time you're about to make a food choice ask yourself, "Will this help or hinder my efforts?" Once you start making enough of the better choices and start to see results the motivation will start to flow naturally but the initial effort has to be manufactured rather than waiting for "motivation" to kick in.
