Thanks! That's a good idea. I need to go to the Dollar Tree soon, so I will look for a wall calendar and fun stickers.

Write your goals down and post them where you can see them! Then give yourself a sticker or smiley face on a calendar each time you accomplish one of your goals. They can really make you feel like you are on the right track. Good luck!

I moved twice in 3 months, and it's taken me another month to actually recover from the second move. All that stress got me away from taking care of my physical self, as it was all I could do to stay sane! Now that I'm in my new place, I have specific goals, but I"m going to need a lot of encouragement to stick with them, as I'm still under a lot of stress. I'll be writing in my blog every day, so that's probably the best place to reach me. Any encouraging words or emoticons will help. I'm one of those who needs a lot of bolstering and support to stick to the program and move forward. If you encourage me, I'll give it right back to you!
