First, I'd suggest that if the pain persists or gets worse, you should get it checked out by your doctor. Also make sure you've got good shoes that fit properly, since bad shoes can give you all kinds of aches and pains.

Hi there emoticon

I started C25K this past Saturday and since then my knee has been hurting so much. Anyway, I am putting the C25K off for a while. I will usually go for a 3 mile walk or do a walk at home video but I am hurting. So in the meantime, I would like some suggestions for how else I can get my cardio in. I don't have access to a pool or to a gym.
