Talk to your doctor about water aerobic and if he ok it, check your YWCA for class times. It is wonderful and easy on the joints.

Each day is a great new start for whatever you need it to be. Embrace each day.

Because of your hernia, you'll want to ask your doctor what core exercises are safe and what you should avoid.

Great job on the walk!!

emoticon Did my suggested work out and was able to do them except the back extender. It puts to much pressure on my hernia so I need to add something to my strength training. Any ideas? I'm also walking at night cause it's supper cold and you can't feel the burn as much if your body is numb from the cold. I set a time goal for walking and in 30 minutes I walked 1.25 miles. that's a long mile but it's mine! emoticon
