Did my suggested work out and was able to do them except the back extender. It puts to much pressure on my hernia so I need to add something to my strength training. Any ideas? I'm also walking at night cause it's supper cold and you can't feel the burn as much if your body is numb from the cold. I set a time goal for walking and in 30 minutes I walked 1.25 miles. that's a long mile but it's mine!
