Hi and welcome to Spark People!!! You can find a lot of free tools on here to assist you with reaching your goals. For the most support, encouragement, and advice; join one or more of the support groups. The more you exercise and eat right, the more energy you will have. Exercise can help sharpen your mind and decrease depression. One fun form of exercise is putting on your favorite music and dance. As you grow older, you lose muscle and exercise can help to minimize this. I wish you much success!!!
