Hello and Welcome to Sparks!

Although each person has different goals, you're in great company here. The amount of support and community at Sparks is unlike any other website. (Trust me, I've tried them all!) emoticon

If there is any way that I can help you along your journey, just let me know! I'm always here for friends in need.

Irish smiles,
Shannon

emoticon Greetings JONMH69 - glad to have you onboard!

Sparking is all about creating healthier lifestyles and is not a quick fix. In fact, it's more of a journey than a destination. So take it slow making gradual changes, ones that are reasonable and sustainable for the long run - permanent changes that will lead to permanent results. Here's an article you may find helpful in getting started.

Hi and welcome to Spark People!!! You can find a lot of free tools on here to assist you with reaching your goals. For the most support, encouragement, and advice; join one or more of the support groups. The more you exercise and eat right, the more energy you will have. Exercise can help sharpen your mind and decrease depression. One fun form of exercise is putting on your favorite music and dance. As you grow older, you lose muscle and exercise can help to minimize this. I wish you much success!!! emoticon
