Welcome to the site. There are so many things on this site to help you get started on your journey:) I would have to say though i am sure you put in long hours but there is always time we just have to find it. A walk on a break or a quick workout before work. Half the time we are to exhausted after a workday is because of lack of taking care of our body not the day itself. Trust me i have pulled some longs shifts but since starting to focus on my health it is so much easier to keep energy. I know i don't know your situation but if you need any support or an accountability partner feel free to add me as a friend. You can do it make sure you tell yourself their is time. I am trying to lose weight.... I teach 2nd grade and struggle to get out of work early enough to still have the energy to workout! I know a lot of people think teachers get out of work at 3, but that is just when the kids go home. Then there are lessons to write, educational games to make, papers to grade, and paperwork to fill out. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my job! I just need to get out earlier so I can workout!
