At 900 calories I wouldn't have any energy either, and that's even before I got to exercise. Did your doctor limit you to such a low calorie amount?

My doctor put me on a low carb diet. I've been keeping track on Sparkpeople.com and I'm averaging 60 carbs a day and 60 protein and 900 calories and fat 40-50 I also take vitimin b-12 1000mg, I'm doing good lost 9 lbs in two weeks but I have no energy to exercise I walk on the treadmill but only can do 3 minutes at a time because I feel weak in the legs if I try for more. Do I need to eat more protein or carbs to be able to walk longer?
