There is no magic help for this. Find YOUR motivation. What aspirations, dreams, goals are greater that your desire to wreck your resolve to eat healthy and loose weight.

Find some people who will support you, encourage you. Sparks has loads of teams for this. OR find someone closer who will daily keep you accountable to your resolve.

Keep the temptation out of the house. Get rid of the sweets & treats and snacks and stock your pantry with fruit and vegetables.

Find what works for you and stick with it.

The first question I guess would be why you're eating -- are you hungry, are you doing it out of boredom/habit, and so on.

I have been doing very well on my diet for the past few weeks. However, I have been lately pigging out in the afternoon. When I get home from work, the gym, or just relaxing, I start eating like crazy. I cannot stop. I am doing so well, tracking my food, my water, my exercise. I don't want to blow it. I need help!!!! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! GOD bless
