Sometimes when you start a new programme your body retains water, which weighs something and masks the fat loss that is happening. It goes away.
Keep at the positive healthy lifestyle! It's its own reward anyway, even if the scale doesn't ever budge.

I am some serious need of help.....I have been going to the gym for 3 weeks now and haven't lost a pound....I'm starting to get Frustrated and don't know what to do....I have been a member of the site for some time now. Just not really sure how to use it. I will take any advice I can get and lots and lots off motivation...thank you so much
