Don't panic - 3 weeks isn't long enough yet.

Come back if you haven't lost anything in 8 weeks.

Sometimes when you start a new programme your body retains water, which weighs something and masks the fat loss that is happening. It goes away.

Keep at the positive healthy lifestyle! It's its own reward anyway, even if the scale doesn't ever budge.

Are you tracking all of your food? What is your recommended calorie range and how many calories do you typically consume?
