If you go to your Start page, under your weight loss goal is a red link that says "Change Goal". Click there and you can update your current weight. It may or may not change your recommended calorie range.

I have lost 13 lbs. I would like to change my calories goal. Spark says to do this every 10 to 15 lbs. I lose. How do I do this?
