A while back I did this fantastic pilates video on SP. It was 10-12 minutes and it was a beginners one, I believe. But it is not the 12 minute ab video or the 10 minute beginners one. At one point, they have you put your leg in the air and push up and that is the exercise: relaxing the leg, then pushing it up. It was actually quite hard and I loved it, but I didn't save it and now I can't find the video.
