"Slimming down" and "toning" come from diet, not exercise. So first, make sure that is all squared away. Second, find something you like doing. You might try some high intensity intervals, a good way to quickly get in some exercise. Body weight exercises like squats, push-ups, planks and lunges are all good and relatively easy to do quickly as well. As for DVDs, try your local library, see if anything hits your fancy. I love the beFit Channel on youtube, lots of great stuff there, and they had their own program, beFit in 90 that I enjoyed quite a bit. SP has some great, short videos as well.

I recently moved and my commute has nearly doubled. That resulted in my having to cut down my lunch hour to only 30 mins. Lunch time was the only time I had to myself to go to the gym and now I cannot go. I'm up at 6am out the door by 7:30am and don't get home until 7:30-8pm. Only to get home and have to cook, help w homework, put the younger ones to bed, etc. I NEED some 30 min workouts that will help slim down and tone taht I can do in the AM or PM at home. Any good workout DVD's on Netflix??? Help PLEASE! :)
