What is great about spark is we have teams that will hold you accountable until you find your little group of teem mates that are heading in your direction.
I have a very small team in the Sacramento area and we have been meeting up at libraries, parks, and malls to walk and talk. But there are many other people who will help with a hint or encouragement. So please use the team and community ( social networking) portion of Spark too..

Hi, I'm Pam and I need a buddy to hold me accountable for weekly weigh ins and just motivation to keep me working hard. I lost 25 pounds last year on Nutrisystems and gained most of it back, all but 4 pounds. I never lost all I needed to. I have decided to set smaller goals for myself. Like, lose 10 pounds by March 15th. I have some health problems and need to take care of myself and be around for my grandkids for awhile. Would love a buddy to confide in. Just started back on SPARK last week. lost 2 pounds, but have many more to go.....I do exercise at Curves 3x per week and I'm starting to do 4-5x this week. Goal is at least 4x.
