Call up the doctor and ask him/her what is safe for you to do. With your medical problems, no one on Spark is qualified to give you advice. You can also ask the doctor to send you to physical therapy where they will teach you appropriate exercises to help with your conditions.

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

I keep searching for exercises i can safely do. I am 70 years young, I have had a total hip replacement and I broke my neck last fall. the C2. My Dr said I was extremely lucky, that break either you are lucky or you are dead. I am really quite able but I need suggestions for exercises that I can safely do. Thank you in advance.
