Leslie Sansone is great for a beginner, but if you want to get into the BeachBody workouts (I agree with KClark89 - they are my favorites!) You could EASILY do Rockin Body. Shaun T modifies it as well, but it is mostly just dancing and marching, and it is pretty fun! He also has a workout where he really teaches the moves so that you arne't just spending the video trying to figure things out!

Welcome! There are so many videos on here, youtube, and in stores. I personally love my ones from Beachbody that are ST workouts and then another set that are more cardio kickboxing and HIIT workouts (but, would be very challenging to a beginner; think Insanity but dialed down a couple notches). But you can get a great sweat on doing similar workouts through here! :)

Thanks so much for the info i just need to start sumwhere today i did. 10 min cardio beginner and the i got this bike that when pull it lifts you i did 50 n this evening will do the same plan

Sparkpeople has a huge library of videos of all kinds. To have a complete workout program, though, don't neglect strength training! Cardio's good, but if you don't do strength training, as much as 25% of your weight loss can come from lean muscle mass... which reduces your metabolism and results in what's unfondly known as "skinny fat," where your weight is low, but your body fat percentage is high!
